Treat yourself to golden brown mille feuille pastries fresh from the Caravelle’s bakery every afternoon between June 8 -14, from noon to 5 pm. A choice of six tempting flavours await sweet-tooths and pastry lovers, including vanilla pastry cream with stewed apples, toffee pastry cream with caramelized bananas and lemon curd cream with flamed meringues.
Each mille feuille is priced at VND 128,000 ++.

Escoffier’s enduring recipes are the highlight of ‘Emperor of Chefs’, a weeklong culinary showcase at Reflections. Chefs at the Caravelle’s atmospheric fine-dining restaurant will execute an a la carte menu featuring Escoffier favourites. Experience Escoffier’s genius in dishes such as Tournedos Rossini, Omelette Arnold Bennet, and Cherries Jubilee.
A four-course ‘Auguste Escoffier Degustation Menu’ is priced at VND 1,380,000++ and includes freshly brewed Lavazza coffee or Ronnefeldt tea, assorted chocolates and sweets.
