SWH system for industry applies principle of forced convection. Controller will check the temperature differences between water in storage tank and on heat collector. When there are temperature differences, according to the pre-set value, the controller will supply heat for convection pump to operate. When the temperature differences between storage tank and collector are under pre-set value, the system will stop the pump, so that the collector can continue absorbing heat from radiation. This process keeps operating continuously until water in storage tank reaches maximum temperature.
Hot water, after being heated up in the sun tank, will flow to intermediate heating tank. In this tank, water will continue increasing its temperature by electricity, oil, gas, etc…if the water temperature in tank is lower than required pre-set level, to ensure the supplies of hot water in all weather conditions, whether in continually rainy, stormy days or when no sun ray appears. At the same time, it will ensure there is enough pressure of hot water in each valve, and time for users to wait for hot water is short, thanks to pressure booster pump and water circulation pump.

Because of such outstanding saving effectiveness from using this system, the use of solar energy for water heating has been catching attention of many investors, from big-size hotels to swimming pool and manufacturing factories, where use of hot water is a demand. The cost of investing for a construction with solar system often ranges from a few hundred millions to more than 1 billion dong.
SWH system of Bach Khoa Solar Company installed in Majestic and Rex Sai Gon hotel helped save more than 70% of energy cost
A qualified installation company of industrial SWH system, especially for high standard hotels (4 to 5 stars) must meet these important requirements: well ensure the complexity of the construction, from luxurious hotels, buildings and residential areas, to swimming pool, and processing factories, etc. while keeping aesthetic architecture, and efficiency in use. For hotel and building constructions, SWH system must ensure hot water supply to reach the lowest floor in the shortest length of time that is from 15 to 30 seconds. The average temperature must be from 50oC to 65oC to ensure users’ safety. For industrial factories, where required higher water temperature, the system will supply pre-heated water to help save energy cost to the highest level, compared to traditional heating method with electricity or fossilfuels.
De Nhat Hotel has successfully used SWH system and manage the system through BlogiK® Controller to save more than 270 millions dong each year.
